PRO-Аналитика: Интеллектуальная система оценки вклада киберспортсменов

The Intellectual Monitoring Research Group (Center for Systems Design, Skoltech) and PJSC Rostelecom present a joint industry project aimed at creating an innovative system for evaluating the individual contribution of players in team-based cybersports disciplines, such as Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2. The project combines the scientific developments of the Intellectual Monitoring group in the fields of machine learning and data analysis with the technological infrastructure and resources of Rostelecom.

The project's goal is to develop algorithms and a platform that go beyond traditional statistics (K/D/A) to assess qualitative aspects of gameplay: tactical decisions, coordination, economic contribution, utility effectiveness, and impact on the team's overall strategy. The system employs machine learning methods to process large volumes of match data, identifying hidden patterns and determining the true value of each player, as well as detecting cheaters.

Key Objectives

Create a multi-dimensional evaluation model adaptable to the specifics of each discipline.

Integrate with Rostelecom's cloud platform to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.

Develop dashboards for coaches, analysts, and clubs, as well as tools for integration into tournament broadcasts.

Expected Outcomes

Scientific publications in the field of game data analysis and ML algorithms.

A ready-made commercial solution for esports organizations.

Strengthening Rostelecom's technological leadership and entering the growing esports market.

The project opens opportunities for scaling to other gaming disciplines and applying the technology in adjacent fields where the assessment of team effectiveness is crucial.
