  • Building high-tech infrastructure and advancing engineering expertise

“Modern energy is increasingly built on data, mathematical models, and new technologies. We believe that the synergy between scientific discovery, technological engineering, and hands-on industry experience paves the way to the energy of the future — smart, sustainable, and responsible. I am confident that our collaboration with Oil Resource will serve as a model for effectively integrating science and advanced technology, laying the groundwork for Russia’s technological leadership in the energy sector,” said Professor Alexey Cheremisin, the head of the Skoltech Petroleum Center.

Semen Garagul, CEO of the Kirillitsa Group (the managing organization of Oil Resource LLC), added: “Innovative development of Russia’s oil and gas industry and ensuring technological sovereignty are strategic priorities for our company. For us, it is fundamentally important not just to keep pace with progress, but to help shape its direction — acting as a bridge between fundamental science and industry. Our partnership with Skoltech is more than an agreement; it is a shared commitment to the future of our country, a contribution to building intellectual leadership where Russian technology and engineering set global standards.”
