April 7, 2026
The 11th “Digitalization of Industrial Russia” conference (CIPR) will take place on May 18-21 at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. As the event’s partner university, Skoltech will have a significant presence at the exhibition and in the business program. The conference will bring together government, business, academic, and startup representatives to discuss the digital industry as the foundation of Russia’s sovereignty.

For over a decade, CIPR has been a key platform for open dialogue among digital technology market players. In recent years, discussions have focused on swiftly replacing foreign solutions and advancing national technological development goals. Looking ahead to the next decade, the CIPR agenda is shifting from import substitution to digital sovereignty, with an emphasis on developing Russian industrial IT solutions.

The event’s business program includes over 100 sessions on the practical aspects of incorporating technology into production processes. The highlight of CIPR-2026 will be a plenary session on digital independence in industry.

The technology exhibition will occupy three pavilions, showcasing both real implementations and promising solutions for the industry and other economic sectors.

The organizers expect delegations from the BRICS member states and other countries interested in collaborating on technology initiatives and sharing expertise in implementing digital solutions.

In addition to the business program, CIPR-2026 will feature the CIPR Digital awards ceremony, as well as the Tech Friendly Weekend festival which will take place from May 21 to 23.

The conference is organized by the OMG company, with support from the Government of the Russian Federation, the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, and the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
